RBUQ provides an online directory of FM, AM and internet radio stations from around the world. The Service allows you to browse stations and listen to their audio streams through your web browser. RBUQ does not host the audio streams itself and does not act as a broadcaster.

The design, layout, logos, trademarks, software and other elements of the Service (excluding third-party streams and content) are owned by or licensed to RBUQ and are protected by intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBUQ and its owners, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, RBUQ’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) for the use of the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law if greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RBUQ and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
